The 50 free eligible claims offer is designed to let practices evaluate our work quality before deciding whether to continue with a paid RCM relationship.
Eligibility
The offer applies to eligible new practices after introductory review, onboarding steps, signed agreement, and a secure intake path. Claim eligibility may vary by specialty, payer, age, documentation, and system access.
No obligation
After the trial work is reviewed, the practice may decide whether to continue with United Practice Medical Billing. The starter offer does not require a long-term commitment unless separately agreed.
Exclusions
The offer may exclude claims that require extensive missing documentation, unavailable access, inappropriate public-form submission, payer restrictions, or work outside the agreed trial scope.
No reimbursement guarantee
Processing support does not guarantee payment. Payer rules, documentation quality, eligibility, authorization, and appeal outcomes remain controlling factors.
