United Practice Medical Billing collects only the information needed to respond to practice inquiries, schedule conversations, and evaluate whether our RCM services may be a fit.
Information we collect
Public forms may collect your name, email, practice name, specialty, and non-PHI notes about billing needs. Do not submit protected health information through public website forms.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond, prepare discovery calls, discuss service fit, and maintain business communication records. We do not sell practice inquiry information.
Security and intake
Any claim-level work should move through an approved secure intake process after onboarding, signed agreements, and a Business Associate Agreement when applicable.
